The villas
The gr8 luxury villas complex consists of 8 detached, autonomous and fully equipped villas (maizonettes) which are built in a land of 8.000 m2.
Four of the villas are set on two levels (ground floor & 1st floor). The ground floor of 50 m2 hosts a large living-dining room, kitchen with bench seating and WC. The 1st floor of 50 m2 hosts 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The other four villas are set on three levels (basement, ground floor & 1st floor). The 45 m2 ground floor hosts a large living-dining room, kitchen with bench seating and a bathroom. The 1st floor of 35 m2 hosts 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The basement is of 45 m2 with natural light and can be used in different ways.
All villas have an unobstructed view of the sea which is just 100 m far away. Ground floor’s patio glass-doors lead to the private garden of each villa while every bedroom has its own balcony. All villas’ floors are connected via an internal staircase.

Every villa, apart from its private garden, has its own private open parking space, which is spacious enough for at least 2 cars. Also, every villa has its own water tank, sewage tank, and electricity meter.
All villas are fully furnished and are also equipped with the following:
- Air-condition and central heating system
- Solar water heater
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board
- Hairdryer
- 32’’ LED TV in living rooms and 24’’ LED TV in bedrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee and frappe maker, kettle and toaster
